浙江省人才计划专家,宁波市领军人才;现任宁波材料所所属先进制造所副所长,复合材料智能制造与装备团队负责人,浙江省机器人与智能装备技术重点实验室副主任,国际汽车轻量化绿色科技联盟副主席,以及中国复合材料学会、北京SAMPE分会等组织理事

研究领域

长期从事复合材料设计、制造和装备技术等基础研究与应用工作。 

研究概况

带领一支高层次科研团队,活跃于国内外的复合材料界,从前瞻性应用基础研究推动前沿技术开发、促进产业化,取得了若干重要的创新成果,尤其在汽车用碳纤维复合材料领域产生了重要影响,成功开发出系列产品,推动了碳纤维复合材料的应用和发展。主持了国家基金、中科院先导专项子课题、中科院STS、省院地合作、市国际合作、市石墨烯专项、市重大攻关以及多项企业合作项目,以核心成员参加了国家新能源汽车专项、国家863/973项目、中科院重点方向项目等。发表论文130余篇,出版《碳纤维复合材料轻量化技术》书籍一本,参与英文著作编写一部,申请发明专利120余项,其中已授权70项;组织并承办了复合材料国际学术会议十余次,担任多个国际期刊审稿人。研究成果入选伟大的变革-改革开放40周年庆,荣获第九届镇海杯国际创新设计大赛创新设计公共组金奖、中国好设计银奖、中国国际高新技术成果交易会优秀产品奖、IALTA(中国)汽车轻量化绿色科技创新奖、中国设计智造佳作奖以及中国复材展-JEC”创新产品奖等行业成果奖共计20项。
